Erna Serezlic, MBA-HCM, is a Clinical Research Leader with over 10 years of experience in clinical trials, research operations, and cross-functional team management across academic health systems and large healthcare networks. She has a strong background in FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), trial oversight, and grant development.
Her work spans multi-site, multi-phase studies in diverse therapeutic areas, with a focus on quality control, protocol compliance, and participant safety. She currently serves on the University of Utah Staff Council (since 2024), supporting institutional initiatives and staff engagement.
